Austrak's head office is in Brisbane and its current manufacturing facilities are located in Rockhampton QLD, Geelong VIC and Port Hedland WA. An additional manufacturing facility is planned to open in Wagga Wagga NSW in mid-2007.

Austrak Factories

Malaysia

1982 to present - 150,000 sleepers/year

The first concrete sleeper manufacturing factory was built in Malaysia by Austrak and was managed by Austrak until 1987 when the majority local shareholder took over management control.
