> 3. Pour Concrete

Austrak designs, builds and operates its own purpose-built batching plants to deliver consistent concrete efficiently. The plants are designed around what materials are available locally, including flyash if required.

Concrete is placed into the moulds via a casting machine which travels along the length of the bed discharging and vibrating a uniform volume of low slump concrete, and finished off with a vibrating screed. The outcome is a low slump, highly compacted concrete which results in a high density finished product of uniform consistency.
